Recognising and rewarding typographic excellence since 1992, the 2024 ISTD International Typographic Awards will showcase the very best examples of typographic excellence in design work created over the past two years. To be eligible for entry, work must have been published or produced between 1 JANUARY 2022 and 31 DECEMBER 2023. Work created while a student is not eligible. Why Enter
Like all activities the Society is involved with, the ISTD’s International Typographic Awards sets out to recognise and promote examples of excellent typography on an international stage.
Encompassing more than just aesthetics or traditional craft skills, the awards offer a space to celebrate the role of typography within contemporary design contexts.
The judges are chosen for their diversity and expertise within the design industry, with a mix of viewpoints designed to provoke critical debate. The 2024 Awards will be chaired by ISTD President ASTRID STAVRO.

Work entered must have been produced, launched, published
between 1 January 2022 and 31 December 2023 to be eligible for entry.
